We build custom private trips for groups of 2 to 12 guests. Have a bigger group? Let us know. Depending on the destination, we may be able to host more guests.
Whenever suits you best. We design trips year-round, and there is a strong case to be made for Italy in every season, including winter, when the crowds thin and the real Italy emerges. We can talk you through what each season looks like in your chosen region.
Yes, of course. This is your fully custom tour. Send us your wishlist and we will tell you what is possible in the time you have available.
Our private trips start from 5 days and go for as long as you would like. Most private group trips run for 7-12 days.
Smaller groups of 2-4 people might opt for a private driver only. When you choose this option, you will also get on-the-ground telephone support from someone in our team. For groups of 6 or more guests, a dedicated tour host is necessary to keep you on schedule and take care of everyone along the way.

International and domestic flights are not included in your tour price, so you are free to book your preferred airline. Your trip designer can advise on the best arrival and departure airports for your itinerary.
Breakfast is always included. Together we can decide if your group would like every lunch and dinner included or if you prefer some free time meals. When lunch or dinner is included, we always eat seasonal, local meals paired with artisanal wines and/or non-alcoholic local drinks.
Yes. Please share any dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences when you first get in touch and we will ensure every meal is planned accordingly. Italy’s regional cuisine is extraordinarily varied, and we have catered for vegans, vegetarians, celiacs, lactose-intolerant and more.
For groups that choose the private driver-only option, your dedicated driver is with you throughout the trip and is your first point of contact for anything day-to-day. You will also have on-the-ground telephone support from a dedicated member of our team.
For groups who would like a more comprehensive support layer, a dedicated tour host is available as an optional addition – someone who stays with your group, takes care of every detail, and is there when something unexpected comes up. Please note, a tour host must be included for groups of 6 or more.
